"Anahata is Sanskrit for heart chakra. A chakra is an energy source or center within the body. Thus, Anahata is the energy that emanates from our heart. It is my belief that this is the center of our soul, from which all greatness comes. My experience has been that we connect to the Universe through this heart center. When infinite love flows freely, we bring forth the most profound healing and joy. It is for this reason that I name my practice in honor of this sacred space." ~ Autumn
